On September 1, 2023, a fire broke out in the home of my aunt, Joyce Goodie. The fire quickly spread destroying everything in its path. What wasn't destroyed by the fire has water or smoke damage as well as structural damage. Thankfully, her and her son were able to escape the fire unharmed, but they lost everything they owned.

Aunt Joyce is temporarily living with a friend while she tries to rebuild their lives. She didn't lose just a house...she lost her HOME and her sense of security of 45 years.

Unfortunately, she wasn't able to keep up with the cost of home insurance as she is on a fixed income. She is in need of financial assistance to help her get back on her feet. We hope you pour your heart into her GoFundMe and donate, no matter how small. It will be greatly appreciated.
