Hey, I started this campaign to help Doug, one of our employees and friend. He has been battling cancer for many years and it has taken a toll on his body. This is for Doug Walters our estimator and most tenured employee. He is also the first Journeyman Wireman I ever apprenticed for when I entered the trade in 1998. He taught me a lot in the time we worked together then. But more importantly he is a husband to Kristen and father to Cameron, Collin, and Tucker. " Our family is humbled and thankful for the outpouring of prayers for us and for Doug at this time. Doug has survived this first surgery and is fighting to live in the ICU sedated and intabated, still not closed up as he will undergo another surgery Lord willing Monday. If he lives , his prognosis is very life altering and he would face a long and very hard recovery we are numb, heartbroken, and facing things one moment and one decision at a time. We covet your prayers that God would help him fight to live, hold him close, and heal him. Please hold our whole family in your hearts and prayers as we cling to hope and need strength. God is still good , and to quote my precious friend Lacey who is in heaven now "even here"
