Hi, my name is Sophie Clowes, and I'm fundraising on behalf of the most wonderful young lady, Allyson Hirsch. Allyson recently graduated from the University of Georgia with a plan to do a Masters in Prosthetics and Orthotics next fall, wanting to use her education to help others and, until 2 weeks ago, was living her best life in NYC city with Elodie and Abby. Since then, Allyson has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Rhabdomyosarcoma. She has already had 2 biopsies, multiple scans and a treatment program is in place at Memorial Sloan Kettering, NYC. In the next week or so Allyson will begin up to 16 months of chemotherapy.

As you can imagine, this has been a lot for the family to process. But what we do know is that both Allyson and her family are going to need all the support they can get. With that in mind, the money donated here will go towards helping her and the family with any medical co-pays, travel, hotels and other incidentals that this situation gives rise to.
