Asalam alaykum wa rahmathullahi wa barakatuhu. I am trying to raise money for Brother Abdullah, who has recently returned to Islam and is trying to make a hijra to the UK from Portugal to be able to stay close to the Muslim community and reunite with his family. I am hoping to raise this money to help him with accommodation and food for the first month until he finds a job and is able to support himself inshallah.

Dear brother and sisters, whatever you donate for the sake of Allah, the reward for it will be with Him whether it helps or not, as we are rewarded based on our intentions. Please allow me to mention the following hadith of the Messenger of Allah.

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, Allah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever helps ease one in difficulty, Allah will make it easy for him in this world and the Hereafter. Whoever conceals the faults of a Muslim, Allah will conceal his faults in this world and the Hereafter.
