Hello, My name is Cody Bolton and I am setting up this fundraiser for my twin sister, Cara.

2.5 years ago, Cara stepped up in a huge way for me. I was placed on medical disability leave from my job because of a hip injury. To this day, I still have not been able to work and I am no longer employed. Cara has had spine and back problems since she was 17. She recently saw a spine surgeon and has decided that Cara has to have surgery.

The date has not yet been determined but will most likely be within the next 2 months.

During this time, our minimal income will be reduced even further. Any assistance financially will be greatly appreciated.
