Femi was rushed to the emergency room on the 4th of July. The doctor found out that he had Appendicitis, which had already ruptured and had spread all over his body system, his sugar level at that time was about 800. After the operation, he was unconscious (coma) for days using oxygen to breathe. The appendix had affected his lungs and kidney, so he had to be on dialysis. Femi has been on life support for a while now which is expensive. The doctors are still trying their best for him to be ok, but to be honest, Femi needs help both physically and financially, because he doesn’t have medical insurance. Even though, if the hospital helps him to apply for some medical assistance, it can’t cover all his bills.
