Help Support Stephany Spalding’s Second Surgery & Recovery

Hello friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

We are humbly reaching out for support as our family faces a difficult and unexpected medical journey.

Earlier this year, my wife, Stephany, underwent surgery to remove a desmoid tumor. We were hopeful that this would be the end of a scary chapter, but shortly after, a follow-up with another specialist revealed that the margins left from the original surgery were far too large, and the tumor was not fully removed.

Stephany now faces a second major surgery this December to remove the remaining tumor. Desmoid tumors are rare and aggressive, and without this second procedure, the chances of the tumor returning are extremely high. With this next surgery, we can reduce that chance to under 20%, giving Stephany the best shot at a full recovery.

Unfortunately, the cost of her first surgery and related treatments has already put a heavy financial burden on our family. Now, with another surgery approaching and more time Stephany will need to take off from work to recover, the strain is growing even heavier.

We are not ones to ask for help lightly, but we are putting our pride aside to focus on what truly matters: getting Stephany healthy and being there for her as a family. Any amount will go directly toward covering medical bills, post-operative care, and helping ease the financial pressure during this time.
