Hello, I am Stephen Flynn and I am sad to report that our landlord is not renewing our Renegades Basketball lease at end of this year 2025. This is our 20th year in our 3 hardwood court facility that we built ourselves inside a warehouse at a cost in excess of $700,000. Since we are a 501c3 nonprofit organization we had hoped to have a new group take over the facility and also our debt, half of which was incurred when we built the gym and the other half was a loan taken when our gym was shut down for many months during the pandemic. We are optimistic that our member players and parents will remember their many years of participating in our weekly drills, summer, fall and winter leagues and spring aau seasons. Our mission was more than just basketball. It was about teaching initiative and teamwork so the players could excel on and off the court. Renegades has existed as a club for 30 years and has allowed every player the opportunity to enjoy this sport. Over the years many players achieved Div 1,2 & 3 college scholarships. Please consider giving back to Renegades by donating to help pay off our debt! Any amount no matter how small will be appreciated!
