Please Donate - 35 year old with Bowel Cancer

Hi, I am Katie and I have been lucky to work with and call Teila a friend for over 7 years. Teila is kind, passionate and uplifting to everyone around her. Now it is our turn to help and uplift her during this unimaginable time.

The last month has been an absolute whirlwind for Teila and her family and their lives have been turned upside down. Teila is 35 years old and lives on the Gold Coast, Australia. She was recently diagnosed with Advanced Adenocarcinoma - an 8.8cm Cancer in her bowel. The cancer has spread to her lymph nodes and testing is still being carried out to determine if it has spread to any other areas within her body.

Next week, Teila will undergo her first procedure - a chest port to get her ready for Chemo and a temporary Stoma in her bowel. Chemotherapy will also start next week.

Teila is unable to work and has moved in with her parents. Her father is trying to stop working to be her full-time carer. We are asking for donations to help support this family so they can support Teila.
