Recently, his wife, Charlotte, was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer of the gastrointestinal system. This news came as a surprise to the family and friends and has flipped their world upside down. The family is spread out over several states, with their adult children living out west. Trying to balance their time on top of high medical expenses is overwhelming.
