Please Help Us Honor Diane Putis Heiland.

Hi, my name is Jessica Rawlins-Roy, and I’m raising funds on behalf of my childhood best friend Vanessa and her brother Keith Heiland, after the heartbreaking and unexpected passing of their mother, Diane Putis Heiland.

Diane was more than a mom—she was a best friend, a guide, a woman of unwavering faith, and truly a second mother to me. Growing up, she welcomed me into her family without hesitation. She was generous, loving, and always made everyone feel like they mattered. She treated everyone she met in this manner. She was your home away from home and always there in times of need.

Vanessa recently shared:

“My mom wasn’t just my mom—she was my person. My rock. My best friend. She brought us to God, she saved our lives. She was the go-to for so many, full of faith, honesty, and love.”

Diane passed with her children and family at her side, listening to their voices as she let go. It was peaceful, but painfully sudden. Now, Vanessa and Keith are left to plan her funeral, services, medical expenses and other unexpected expenses, without warning—and without the resources to do it alone.

We’re asking for your help to give Diane the farewell she deserves. Funds will go toward funeral services, travel, medical bills and memorial arrangements so her family can grieve without the added financial stress, but honoring her as she deserves.
