Please consider helping the Mazzella family

Hi everyone! My name is Shannon and I am starting this fundraiser for the Mazzella family to assist with their recent medical bills. Michael and Kayla Mazzella are a local family, both Warwick graduates, and high school sweethearts. Their daughter Zoey recently underwent major heart surgery to repair two holes and a heart valve at Westchester Medical Center. Zoey is only 18 months old!

At this time Michael and Kayla have started to receive the first few medical bills that insurance will not cover. In addition Zoey’s pediatric cardiologist who performed her surgery is out of network for their insurance.

Michael and Kayla are very proud parents and would never ask for help. In fact, Michael works two jobs and Kayla went back to work to try and provide for their family.
