Please consider helping Ryan and his wife Maranda

Donation protected
Hey Friends and Community of Sandpoint,

This past Saturday a large wildfire broke out in the area of Elk, WA (across the border from here) and engulfed roughly 10,000 acres of land and many homes.

Ryan Kraus and his wife Maranda were one of the families that lost everything.

Ryan has been at the Sandpoint Post Office as long as I've been here (6 years) and should be recognizable from the photo. What stands out about Ryan is his ability to connect with each person he interacts with on a personal level. Maybe you've been one of those people (I know I’ve been). He has a genuine heart and gives his time and efforts to brighten the lives of those around him. Although I don't know him personally, as soon as I heard about the loss of his home, land and possessions, I knew this community would be there to help.

Please join us in raising money to help Ryan and his wife start on the road to rebuilding their life. This is just a drop in the bucket, but it’s a start and you can be a part of this story and new chapter.

If you live locally to Sandpoint, we are also collecting gift cards, clothing, etc to pass along this coming Friday (8/25).

Thank you so much for your time and consideration,

Mark Terry
