Hi everyone,

Not many know, but my niece Maddie was recently diagnosed with a rare, advanced synovial sarcoma in her hip, which has metastasized to her lungs. She will start chemo treatments at Shands hospital in Gainsville, FL and currently resides in Ocala, FL. Maddie's strength and positivity are admirable, being just 17 years old. Our family is doing our best to rally together in support of my niece, my nephews and my sister. As you can imagine, we are all taking the news very hard, especially her mom. My sister, Michelle, is disabled and has limited income, so she needs help with transportation, lodging and food costs while traveling back and forth to Gainsville. If you can donate anything, it would be beneficial, and we appreciate any support and prayers possible.
