As you may already know, Mike passed away on Saturday afternoon while listening to one of his favorite songs by the Beatles "I'll Follow the Sun". How fitting!
We are reposting this to raise extra funds for Mike's final wishes and for his beautiful, 5 yr old daughter, Bryce. In Michael's final days, I told him that the JJ Class of 87 would make sure that Bryce is always taken care of. I didn't want him to worry or stress in those final days.
I have had the honor to spend an afternoon playing with Bryce in her room. She is a remarkable little girl. Smarter than a whip! Her music knowledge surpasses anything I might know. She could step right in and take over Mike's DJ'ing business tomorrow! To describe her as special, would be an understatement.
If you have already donated, thank you!! If you would like to donate again, we will forever be grateful for your generosity. If you haven't donated, please consider doing so. No amount is too small.
Thank you.
RIP dude!

As many of you already know Mike Colvin has had numerous health issues over the past year. With that, as many who have been in this position know… not only has he lost his ability to provide for himself and his daughter, he is now deluged with a barrage of medical bills that continue to grow. I suspect we can all imagine ourselves in his position and we can empathize with the reality that almost all of us would find ourselves in a precarious position financially. Mike has been generous with his time and help for as long as I can remember… and that goes back to junior high school. He has entertained us with his gregarious smile, ability to make us laugh and his unique talent to make everyone feel involved at every event he is a part of. We have started this Go Fund Me page in an effort to bring some assistance in the only area of his life that we can. We can’t give him a new heart or tangibly alleviate the pain of losing his brother and sister very recently at an all too young age. We can however open our hearts and wallets and donate whatever we can to at least minimize the financial burden he now finds himself in. Thank you so much for your consideration.
