Hello dear family and friends, I'm Jaxon's "Nia" (Nana) to this beautiful 4 year old little boy. He is the Joy of my life. I've been there for him since day one and we have a very close bond. My heart aches with missing him, but the most heartbreaking truth is that Jaxon is not home where he belongs.Hes not happy where he is right now and every time we talk on the phone he wants to know when will he be coming home... I'm running out of excuses. I can see the long term effects beginning to take hold. He's confused and scared and feeling abandoned, and when I saw him a few days ago, there was something new in his expression... resigned. He appears to have given up hope that he's coming home, & the day he stops asking is the day I will know that he really has realized that for him, he's no longer part of our family.
Nothing could be farther from the truth of course, but as hard as it's been for us to not have him home with us, I can only imagine how hard it is for a 4 yr old to try to u detests do eskecially even no good exlnatioknis give , especially after it's been 39 days he's been gone! By the time it's Feb1st for the court date, he will have been in a foster group home for 70 days!!!
I just am finding it impossible to find joy in anything without Jaxon in my life. His absence in this home is deafening.
PLEASE help me bring this innocent child who absolutely doesn't deserve what's happening to him, come hback home where he belongs!!!
The attorney I have Melvin Sternberg is asking $5000 retainer fee.
If you don't already know about this family crisis, then I cannot get into details due to the publicity of this issue, but I want to clear up any questions right now regarding his wellbeing: Jaxon is a very loved child and was well cared for in every way. He was a healthy, happy and friendly little boy. What has been done to him and our family is a horrible injustice.
I have looked into getting an attorney through Legal Aid, but they don't help in these cases.
I will need to retain an attorney to get guardianship and get him back home with me where he belongs. I have facts and professionals that will attest that it is in Jaxon's best interest for me to be caring for him.
Any contribution, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated, but a donation of between $50-$100 would help raise the funds quickly for the retainer ASAP! The court date is only a month away. Initially, I will need $5,000 for the retainer fee, then additional funds for court dates, filing fees, etc., as the case progresses.
Jaxon has been in a foster home since November 22 2016, with strangers and the signs of his emotional distress are heartbreaking!
Please help us get our innocent little boy back home where he belongs by Christmas!
Thank you, everyone!!!
God bless and please pray for us!
