Please assist Serhii & Kristina

Hi,

My name is Kyle Peck, and I am fundraising for Serhii & Kristina. I work with Serhii at Whissell Contracting Ltd in Calgary, Alberta; Serhii started working with our team just over five weeks ago as a laborer.

Serhii and his wife Kristina moved to Canada from Eastern Europe just over four months ago; as we all know, the war that has been ongoing in their homeland has driven many people to leave their country in an attempt

to find a safe place to call home. Sadly, just a few days ago (May 16th, 2023), Serhii & Kristina lost their home and belongings due to a fire that occurred in a condo that was directly below their home.

At the time of the fire, which spread very quickly, Kristina was able to leave the condo, with their cat and some personal documents, everything else is gone, and their personal belonging is not salvageable/recoverable

due to the fire and the asbestos; they have lost their home for 2-3 months. This event is a massive loss for Serhii & Kristina. We are hoping to raise donations for Serhii and Kristina so they can cover the cost of temporary residence and assist

them in being able to replace all their belonging as they did not have insurance for the event.

Please, if you can donate a few dollars to Serhii and Kristina, it will have a positive impact on their situation. They are very kind people; they are good people; your generosity will go a long way!!
