Hello! My name is Ian West, and I am currently an Eagle Scout Candidate in Scout Troop 777, and the Drum Major of the La Costa Canyon High School 'Maverick Brigade' Marching Band! In my project, I hope to save our struggling music program by providing funds, recruiting strategies, and playable instruments for our various ensembles!
