Plant trees and Plant hope

After successfully climbing Mt Everest with the passion to raise public awareness about climate change and its impact to eco system. During the fall of 2022, Raju Lama foundation in collaboration with Rotary club of Dhulikhel in Maden Kudari 7, Chauri Deurali Gaon Palika, Kavre district distributed 2500 different fruit trees & 2400 coffee among 600 households. Continuing the legacy, the Raju Lama Foundation has again initiated to distribute trees in Phase II of this project. This time we are planning to distribute 3000 trees among the general public and aware them about consequences of climate change. In Nepal, 95% of greenhouse gas emissions are from agriculture and forestry sectors; of this, 77% was from the forestry sector only. The consequences of global warming have had the most impact in developing and mountainous countries like Nepal, which has high intensity rainfall during rainy season. Lets put hand together to overcome the challenges created by global warming. To complete this Phase II plan the foundation is seeking for your kind support.
