A global environmental CRISIS calls for a truly planetary ADVENTURE to tell the unbelievable story of humanity coming together as one people to save our world.
TLDR raising funds to get to the 6th continent for a visionary gathering starting November 4th of global solutionaries to keep making an epic film series about the regenerative revolution, a creative outgrowth happening all over the world, of caring people responding to crisis with radical solutions and constructive new systems.
This is a film journey that's taken me across 5 continents in 5 years--and the sixth is calling, coming up fast. After taking on the USA, South America, Europe, Africa, and a detour in the Middle East, this film journey is calling me to round out the continents with a smashing visionary quest to Asia for a constellation of world-transformative events in faraway Thailand...and I need your help to get there!

I've been on a quest the last five years to take on the crisis, asking WTF is going on in the world, digging up the root cause in our economic system that connects all our issues, and finding the hope and rejuvenation in our interconnection as the antidote, revealing a brilliant path forward to build our way out of extinction and into an abundant collaborative world that works for all, and serendipitously stumbling into the real movement to realize this transformative change in gradually interconnecting islands of coherence around the world, revealing real and actionable solutions that the viewers will be able to get involved with instead of more doom and gloom.
REAL solutions beyond the status quo that could CHANGE THE WORLD if the world could only SEE THEM. That is the impact of this work, to challenge the old story and tell a NEW STORY that involves every one of us evolving together into creative rebellion to build the NEW WORLD. I've shot 3 full feature films in this odyssey and this is the FINAL CHAPTER, which is the most global, most ambitious part bringing it all together.
I was thrown into this after a decade of hardship, homeless wandering, activism, politics, and gonzo filmmaking that sent me fully into the film of all films: I have traveled far and wide to tell this story, from protests and professors across the USA, through indigenous jungle villages in South America, to the Regenaissance emerging across Europe, to ancient futures and decolonial movements in Africa and emerging stateless society's in the Middle East, the last major continent of Asia beckons from Thailand. I've been invited to a cluster of events around the new economy and the creation of network societies beyond the nation state, a decentralized internet, and the rebirth of THE COMMONS, I'll be documenting the amazing work of Edge City, The Peer to Peer Foundation, Funding the Commons, Plurality, and a host of other visionaries, from two residencies in Chiang Mai to a gathering of changemakers in Bangkok continuing the story and bringing it to its most global point of union.
I need to get to Thailand from LA with my fiance and lovely assistant Ariane--I met the love of my life on this journey and we are now traveling together after doing this all on my own for so long. This isn't a side project, it's my life, and my livelihood, and to keep sustaining myself and my partner I need to keep going. I am in the process of building a real team, a production company and new brand and getting funding for the rest of the film to do it right, but this trip is fast approaching and I know I can't miss it, my friends already there are amazed at what's happening and these stories need to be shared with the world!
I've poured my life into this quest, it is the most important and impactful meta-solution I can conceive, a unifying narrative of tremendous hope and the mindblowing, heartbreaking possibilities and actualities providing real answers to the biggest problems we all face as a species. It's also a deeply personal story, a beautiful collaborative work of art with so many people, so many stories, it's a passport to the future. I cannot wait to share it, but first I have to finish the journey.

This is an epic project with a proven track record of finding and sharing amazing solutions and living alternatives, this entire GLOBAL film series has been funded ENTIRELY by small donations by people like who, who are all a part of the story, and we need your help to keep the story going! We've gotten so far together, I will be mounting a more involved and serious campaign to fund the full final film and post production to get it out to the world but first his journey must happen, we have a very short window to make it so time is of the essence-- we have a world to win!
