Help for the Clark’s

My 33 year old sister-in-law, Samantha Clark, was recently diagnosed with Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma (an extremely rare form of Thyroid cancer). She recently underwent two surgeries to remove her thyroid and affected lymph nodes. She will be continuing her treatment at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, which is about 5 hours from their home. 

Sam is married to my brother Tyler and they have two young kids, ages 3 and 6. There have been many doctor visits and trips to the emergency room. There will be many future trips and hotel stays as they go back and forth to Minnesota for treatment. 

Sam plans on getting back to work soon as an independent hair stylist and is excited to see her clients again. But she’s been unable to work through this ordeal, so there has been a loss of income while the medical bills continue to pile up. Future treatment is still uncertain until we know where else the cancer has spread. 

Any help is greatly appreciated for this sweet family who is navigating through the hardest time of their lives. The funds will be used to offset travel expenses and medical bills as she continues her fight.  Please keep Sam and her family in your prayers.
