Help Wissam beat Sarcoma
Donation protected
On Wednesday 15th January Wissam Assaad was diagnosed with Myxoid Chondrosarcoma (a rare cancer) of the pelvis while in Syria visiting his family. This requires immediate treatment at a sarcoma/cancer center by a surgeon who specializes in this field in order to have the best chance of long term survival.
More than a decade ago Wissam immigrated to Trinidad and Tobago from Syria looking for a better standard of life than was offered back home and soon met his future wife Elizabeth. Now a mere 5 years into their marriage they are seeking to overcome this challenge and continue on with their life together. Those who know Wissam would vouch for him being the most loyal of friends, a dedicated husband and an exceptionally hard worker. If anyone can beat this we know Wissam can but he just needs the support, prayers and funds that will allow trying every option available.
If you would like to assist with their financial burden, any donation would be greatly appreciated. All funds raised will go directly to Wissams medical costs in Lebanon.
On behalf of Wissam and Elizabeth, their closest friends and family we appreciate the outpouring of love, prayers and support shown over the past few months and undoubtedly in the months to come.
It is always humbling to ask for help but we know God will be glorified in this. Wissam is a fighter.
