Maddie's medical bills

I am Josh Roberts. I have been a technician with Larry H Miller for a total of 6 years. I am married to the love of my life Madison. Madison is a kind, thoughtful, caring, individual who is always thinking of other's happiness and well-being. She also enjoys her many hobbies, cooking, crafting, coloring, painting, and traveling. She loves animals, especially dogs and pandas. She has been extremely ill for the last 7 months due to complications related to her Spina Bifida.

I am starting this GoFund-Me because my wife (Maddie) has recently been dealing with some severe medical issues. Maddie was born with a pretty severe case of spina bifida and as a result, has undergone a lot of medical procedures and experienced many health difficulties throughout her life. Through all this, she has always maintained a positive attitude and been incredibly strong. In her early adulthood, she was able to get to a good place with her health and we have been able to make a happy life together. However, a few months ago Maddie started to experience severe stomach pain and an inability to keep any food down. About 6 weeks ago she was admitted to the hospital where she has undergone 7 surgeries, numerous blood transfusions, and has been working to fight off several severe infections. Maddie still has a long road ahead of her before she can be released from the hospital and start to return to normal life. During this time I have been taking quite a few days off of work to be there for my wife as she undergoes treatment, much of this time off has been unpaid as I quickly exhausted my vacation time. Additionally, I will likely need more time off in the future to help her on her road to recovery. I am asking for any help you can provide to assist with growing medical bills and regular bills. Any help provided would be instrumental in helping to remove the financial worry from the situation and will be greatly appreciated by both Maddie and myself!
