Today have been the worst day of my life. I was lying in bed at 2 am in the morning. When I was alerted by the sound of a gunshot and my dog hollering. Not knowing what was going on outside I was to afraid to go check on him. With police flashing there lights to our home window we was asked to go outside. In the process I was still asking about my dog n the officer still would not let me see him. They wouldn't even tell me if he was still alive or not . The police told me that they called animal control but animal control took at least a hour to get here. Once animal control was here they bring him from the back of the house wrapped in a sheet . He had excessive bleeding in was rushed to the animal clinic. I followed behind one the vet came out to talk to me. She told me that he was in shock n that he was sedated. She said that he could not move his legs in that there was tissue hanging from his side.. he will need to have surgery and I'm in need of help. From the looks of it he may be paralyzed as the vet told us. I'm asking for help for the cost of the surgery and also for justice. He is very loving and sweet and loved to be around kids. He was cheerful but hyper he loved for his tummy to be rubbed. And to know I can't take him out on long walks nor play catch with him is very heart breaking. All I want is justice
