Help restarting

I was able to save some clothes and a few pictures of my family. I was unable to save much else, and I don't know what to ask for when people offer. I'm a very humble person and a hate taking from others if I didn't deserve it. So the best way I can say I need help is with money for deposits on everything for a apartment, and small things like towels and living items. I sure appreciate any help
