My heart is heavy as I write this ...... my name is Karen Corbin-Johnston and I am starting this campaign to raise funds for my daughter, Crystal Corbin and her son, Deandre Tatum. They were involved in a head-on collision with a drunk driver on Friday, March 20, 2015 and Crystal did not survive.
Crystal's story is one of redemtion and grace. She was a 27 year old single mother, just starting her life, who fought her way out of addiction to become a great mother and strong woman of God. She was just about to graduate from the Orange County Rescue Mission, a Christian based center for anyone who is ready to have their lives changed for the good. She loved her son more than anything and was so excited to see him grow up and to live every day with him to its fullest.
I am hoping to raise money to cover Crystal's funeral costs and to create a college fund for Deandre.
