Help the McNeal's get to the US

My wife is from Australia and I am a soldier in the US Army and we have been married for a little over a year.
We have spent the entire time living on opposite sides of the world while we go through the visa process so that she and my two step children can reside in the US with me while I continue my career.
We have exhausted all our savings going through the visa process and really need some help to get through the last step of the process and fly them all out here so we can be a proper family finally.
My wife fell pregnant with our baby on our last visit together and we have been apart for almost half of the pregnancy, we so desperately want to be together and enjoy the remainder of the pregnancy together. And have the baby here before it's too late.
We have only been able to visit with each other twice since our wedding and it has been very difficult being apart from each other for all this time.
We are very grateful for any help we receive as it's been a very emotionally and financially hard time, anything at all that helps ease the burden and get them home as soon as possible is deeply and sincerely appreciated. Thank you all.
