West Bridgewater 9/11 Memorial Fund

Donation protected
The 9/11 Memorial committee has taken its first step in creating a fitting memorial for the piece of steel salvaged from The World Trade Center site. Together the committee, made up of police and fire officials and a town resident, created the design for the granite monument and it was paid for by the Police and Fire unions, and a donation from Bridgewater Savings Bank. This is just the first step in a complete overhaul of the site that the committee has planned. We have teamed up with a local landscape design architect to create a monument that will rival those of big cities. However it will come at a cost.  We need your help.  All donations will go directly to the memorial, the committee is all volunteer.  Our plans include moving both the steel and the monument to another location at the site, a patio, granite seating and curbing throughout, 3 large flag poles, new landscaping, night scaping and more.  Please feel free to share this page and help us get the word out.  No donation is too small, and certainly not too big.  To see our current progress stop by 99 West Center St, West Bridgewater MA, 02379.
