Will You Give a Pizza For Peru?

Hi Friends,

Those who know me know that my heart was designed for children. For the past 30 years I have had the privledge to teach and care for children and make an impact in their lives. That is who I am.  This year Pastor Dave and I have a life changing opportunity to go and work in orphanages in one of the most remote areas of the globe, the Jungle and Mountains of Peru.  I will be teaching those who may have never known the love of Jesus. Those who have never known the luxury that I humbly live with and take for granted each day. I will be offering my greatest gifts to those who need it most through this mission journey to the remote areas of South America. 

To be honest, I have been tempted to cancel this trip for a thousand reasons but each time He says "GO." But what if I can't do it I say, what about my family and grandbabies, what about my business, what if I physically cannot handle the elements and travel, the financial costs.....

You see it has been a lifelong dream of mine to join my husband in the mission field. He has traveled to Honduras, Guatemela, Haiti and preached The Gospel to the "forgotten people" who God loves. I know that there is a purpose for this trip in my life. I know that my journey has already been ordained. Somewhere there is a little boy who will allow me to wrap my arms around him and offer my heart, there is a mother or daughter who has a story I need to hear.  I know that my God has already gone before me and laid these plans in place. He has already set the groundwork for these children and ministry that will ultimately change my life. 

Pastor will be working hard alongside me and our team building orphanages and feeding the poor. I will be teaching children, singing and offering them the greatest gift I have, love. 

As we prepare to go on our journey, I am reaching out to you with a humble heart to see if you will help send me and Pastor Dave to the jungles and mountains of Peru. Will you help us make a difference in a child's life? Will you give up a pizza or cup of coffee this week for the children of Peru? Any donation counts and every donation is a blessing.

Mostly I ask for your prayers. Pray for protection, safety, endurance and that God uses our team in a mighty way. It is in His name that I GO!
