Pizza Making Course in Italy

Hello, my name is Diego. I am raising funds to afford a place in a pizza making course in Italy. I am saving up money myself to pay for travel expenses and for accomodation, but the cost of the course itself (2000 EUR) is beyond what I can afford to save up in more than a year with my salary. I work as a kitchen assistant, I have been working in kitchens in Spain, Denmark and Poland for over two years, but my passion for making pizza is older than this. Back in my home country of Mexico, I built a clay oven with the help of my friends. I used this wood fire oven to bake pizzas of my own creation. The quality of the pizzas was so good that I started giving free pizza making lessons to young children, I catered to birthday parties and family celebrations with my pizzas. I knew I had found my calling with this. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to express my love for the pizza in every place I have worked in, instead having to adjust and keep my head down and follow orders from another chef or boss. My dream is to make pizzas (and eat them!) every day of my life. Completing this pizza course in Italy would fill in the gaps in my pizza knowledge to be able to stand head to head with any pizza maker in the world, and what's more, would certify me as a legitimate Pizzaiolo.
