As a birthday wish and request...

First of all thank you for taking the time to begin reading this.

I'd like to audaciously express my needs for funds for surfin USA.

Initially intended to be a swift quiet trip but tables have turned so I've decided to enjoy myself and travel around. I haven't had the travel flu for awhile. Especially by myself. And to be honest, I'm lookin forward to it, to the extent of adding on 6 days (man, its such a big country!). I've spent lots of time trying to cut expenses for travel costs but it isn't easy considering that, when I travel, I don't like to do things half way. These funds above are solely for transport.

I truly want to enjoy myself to the fullest. I don't want to be like "man, 40 quid, will I take the bus somewhere cool or do something crazy or treat myself to a decent meal...". I would like to do all 3 without constantly counting and rejecting things I'd love to do just because I was short a few quid.

For most of the trip Im hosted so accomdation is the expense I worry less about, bless you all for hosting me. I'l be on my best behavior!! The rest or any nights alone will be at my own expense or traveling on the night buses or night train rides. Backpacker vibe activated! In fact, I'm only traveling into the country with hand luggage and hope for the best with my essentials. I haven't paid any activities, accomadation, food etc. Only travel expenses displayed on map. However, I've already paid for a few snacks and souvenirs to those who kindly are spending time with me, thanks once again.

Yes, I'm beyond grateful for being hosted for the majority of the trip .

You've no idea how much that means to me not just on a financial scale but on a personal level, I'm honored and so thankful. I'm definitely not short of money to buy you all a drink and bring you back irish goodies, that is a priority beyond activities. Gratitude is number one. Plus, beer has always been on my monthly budget ... ha..ha. Beer is expensive too nowadays isn't it jesus christ. Ought to be cheaper in America I tell ya! And the Guinness, I shall be thy judge. And flights! Bloody hell I still remember the time you could choose your seat for free, when luggage was already included in the ticket, when you wouldn't be charged for checking in at the airport.. Now, traveling isn't as enjoyable and accesible for everyone. Can't aways say "Im flying it" when you can't even take off. I'm already lucky to get on a flight, so thank you universe.

Even if I work, have a lovely wee pixie cabin, car etc, when it comes to a trip like this... it could be a once in a lifetime and I don't want to regret, return home and say "Puf, wish I couldv'e done that if I had that extra few "bucks" as ye would say". It's not a 3-day trip, it's 3 weeks. Im gonna make every day count. I mean, not moneywise.

To make this trip happen, I've been working extra hours to help pay and take up any job that arises until then. I will not however consider selling amazing photos of my feet as they're worth more now with age. lol...

For those who knew me from social media years ago, the reason I stopped was because it was difficult to "live" on it financially and socially. I dedicated less time to the real world and felt an alter ego build up. I actually somewhat fell in love with this alter ego but it's not the "real" me. Feels good though to be someone else once in a while. Once covid calmed, I could breathe again and regain living the real world, step back from the virtual, some people have no idea of the craze and shit the online world hides. Don't always believe and judge what you see. Anyway, a break was needed but I won't hide; I miss entertaining you all. Also, 2023 and 2024 hit my hardcore on a few things. Times were very tough without having to give justification. Toughest in years. We all go through our own shit. And even though we say the grass is greener on the other side. Let me just guarantee that there will always be shit somewhere along that green grass... And that is life.

So there's my rant anyway. This contribution will make me travel more confortabley, safely and pleasantly. I've never asked for money. I thought that my birthday would be a perfect excuse to make me feel less guilty or self conscious. Long story short.
