Hi friends! We've made the very difficult decision to dissolve our nonprofit for a lot of reasons outside our control. It's been an incredible ten-year adventure, and we can't thank you enough for your support! We've raised over $16,000 in monetary donations and over $5,000 worth of pet supplies for 21 different Michigan animal rescue groups and shelters. Every single dollar donated has meant SO much to us! We started this nonprofit as a one-time birthday fundraiser to thank the rescue groups that Pixel and Luna were adopted from, and we never anticipated how much our small "thank you" project would grow over the years. We are so incredibly grateful for the ongoing support of our sponsors, corporate partners, volunteers, and donors - you've made a huge difference for the animals in our community with your generosity.

STAR is an incredible volunteer-led and foster-based animal rescue and outreach organization that helps provide vet care and owner education to improve and enrich the lives of animals in our community.
