Hi, my name is Richard Fields and I would like to introduce myself and my newly formed program. I have been playing basketball since I was 9 years old and had the experience of playing AAU Basketball when I was young, where I received the exposure and was awarded the opportunity to play on a college level. I have been coaching since 2010 from middle school to college level and enjoyed the experience of watching student-athletes develop on and off the court.

My program is called Pivot Elite Hoops. Pivot Elite Hoops is a grassroots program that is looking to serve girls ages 11-15 years old from New York City, Westchester and Connecticut areas, who will trust us to develop them socially, emotionally and mentally through the avenue of athletics. We believe that with the state of our youth post-pandemic, young ladies have been impacted in all facets of life. We would like to give these young ladies the chance to gain college exposure, lasting relationships and develop as individuals.

You see we don't believe that finances should be the barrier to allowing our youth to participate. We serve a unique group of young ladies and want to provide them with every opportunity to compete on and off the court. Many of our families don't have the funds, and because of that, they will miss the opportunity to gain exposure and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, but with your support we can make dreams come true.

Pivot Elite Hoops is seeking support/sponsorship for upcoming tournaments in Spring and future tournaments in Summer/Fall. Our tournament schedule is April 22, 2023-June 3. 2023 all played on weekends in Fairfield and Westchester County. The funds will be used for practices, entry fees, and uniforms.

No donation is too small or large. This will ultimately be a great program that will serve girls who desire to play and develop their skills and use those skills off the court to become change agents in their communities.
