Local Elmira baseball team raising money for trip to Mid-Atlantic Regionals #PitchIn to Support Our Elmira 9U State Champions in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Tournament As Western NY State Champions, our Elmira 9U Cal Ripken Baseball Team is hitting the road to New Jersey, July 20-25, 2019, to compete in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Tournament! With a chance to play in the Babe Ruth World Series, our boys need the support of the Elmira community to cheer them on and support their journey to Moorestown in Southern Jersey. With a goal to raise $10,000 needed for the trip, the families and players can’t help but show their excitement for the possibility of playing for it all! Your generous contribution will support entry fees to the tournament, team apparel for competition, travel expenses and other related costs. Cal Ripken Baseball is a Division of the Babe Ruth League and is supported locally through the West Elmira and Southport Recreation organization. Let’s Go Elmira!
