Step Up and Pitch In for Greg Jones
Dear friends and community,
We’re reaching out today with a request to support our dear, one-of-a-kind friend who has given so much to all of us—Greg Jones. As many of you know, Greg recently endured a serious bike accident, resulting in two broken vertebrae and several other injuries. While Greg’s fighting spirit is as strong as ever, he faces a long, difficult recovery, and he needs our help.
For years, Greg has touched our lives through his incredible artwork. From local businesses to movie sets, Greg’s artistic contributions are everywhere—especially in Smithville, Travis, and Bastrop counties. Whether painting iconic signs for places like Chuy's, The Long Time or working on major projects for films like Spy Kids, Varsity Blues, and Hope Floats, his talent has left a lasting mark on our community. His art is not just something you see; it’s a part of our everyday lives.
Beyond his artistic legacy, Greg has always been a dedicated father to his six children. His unwavering love and commitment to his family is something that has inspired everyone who knows him. Whether traveling across the country for work or painting the mascots for his kids' schools, Greg has always made time for the people he loves.
Now, it’s our turn to show Greg the same love and support he’s given to so many. The road to recovery will be long, and Greg’s medical expenses, therapy, and other recovery needs are piling up. We’re asking for your help to ease some of that burden. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly to Greg’s recovery, helping him get back to doing what he loves and supporting his family as he heals.
Thank you for your generosity and support during this challenging time. Let’s come together to give Greg the strength he needs to overcome this setback and continue sharing his art and love with the world.
With gratitude,
Friends of Greg Jones
