Joseph Scurti Please Help-Surgery

Hello everyone, I'm trying to raise money to help cover some of the cost of my surgery that I have to have in April 2015. I have to have a Spinal Fusion Surgery with a very large out of pocket cost and will be out of work for 2-3 months on top of it. It will be a very slow and painful process. Going in through my back, 2 metal plates and 6 screws then through my stomach 2 more plates and 6 more screws. :-( By all means don't put your self out but even a small donation will go a long way so any help you can give will make a huge impact in my life.
