Pirlo, my twin brother, is a 7 months old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy living in San Diego with his lovely parents.
Since Thursday December 4th Pirlo hasn't eaten and two days ago he got diagnosed with pancreatitis PLUS he has extremely low white blood cell count, which likely means an autoimmune disease. They had to pump his stomach and remove extra liquid because his GI tracks isn't moving. He's currently being fed through a tube in his nose. Each day in the hospital costs his parents $1,500, not including the actual procedures Pirlo has ahead of himself. His parents are too humble to ask for a financial help, but money is a concern as they already had to pay over $5,000 (aside of Pirlo's health insurance, which they of course already maxed out.
I am Pirlo's brother Marlon and seeing  my twin suffer this much and seeing his parents desperate hurts my heart. Money is the last thing they should be worrying about at the moment and so I am asking EVERYONE who can possible pitch in even just little bit to help Pirlo get the right help. 
According to Pirlo's age, this is a very rare situation and there is a chance he'll have to stay in the hospital another week or even more.
