Pip’s Wheels Appeal!

Poor Pip suddenly lost the use of her back legs last year and was completely paralysed from the waist down. The vet suspected a growth / abscess or trauma on the spine, and her initial prognosis was bleak...

However, we made her comfortable and did for her just as you’d do for a dog or other pet - medication, daily physiotherapy and lots of tlc with the hope that she may regain some movement in her back legs at some point..

Slowly over the past few months, Pip’s paralysis has improved and she’s now showing considerable movement in her back legs!

It’s amazing she’s got this far and we want to help her do even better with the chance at leading as normal a piggy life as possible with the help of a wheelchair!

These wheels will be bespokely made to accommodate Pip’s exact size and weight, in order to help her regain her muscle strength, mobility and independence.

Any monies raised will help pay towards her mobility wheels and current veterinary bill / medical treatment.
