Pippin's TPLO Surgery Fund
Donation protected
This happy little potato is Pippin - my best friend in the whole world. Pippin is a six year old corgi who is full of energy and has the cutest dang face. He’s also my emotional support animal.
While playing, he tore his CCL (cranial cruciate ligament - the doggy equivalent of an ACL for people). Because of this, he is unable to put any weight on his back right leg. This is very problematic since corgis are predisposed to developing hip/leg issues, thus adding extra strain to his other back leg may lead to additional injuries. The only solution that will not cause complications is immediate TPLO surgery (a short info video is listed below). It’s the most successful and durable surgery for this particular injury.
My fiance and I don’t have enough funds to cover all of his medical needs at the moment. It’s heartbreaking being unable to care for your pet and we are doing everything we can right now to help him. I’m sure there are other people who would be willing to help too. With enough support, we can raise funds for Pip’s procedure and help with a speedy recovery.
Any contribution would be amazing and greatly appreciated. If you are kind enough to donate $50 or more, Pippin will make a video specifically thanking you for your help. Any excess amount of our goal will go toward recovery items (meds, recovery supplies, extra treats, etc.)
This is not meant to be a sad dog story. We only want to show positive pictures of our little guy so you can see how happy he will be with a fixed drumstick. With some financial help from the community, Pippin can undergo surgery, recovery, and be back to his energetic, fun-loving self. Anything you can do would mean the world to this little hobbit.
