Pippin Needs Your Support for Recovery

Hi friends,

On the 3rd of January our beloved dog, Pippin became grievously ill. So far, we have had to take him to the ER twice and his primary veterinarian once, and now we have to take him to an imaging doctor on the 13th, as the primary veterinarian's analysis of his stool, blood work, and X-rays have not given us the needed information to diagnose what is wrong with him.

During this time, I have not been able to work, whether it be streaming or blacksmithing, because the doctors have told me that I have to watch him constantly, feed and water him via syringe, and monitor his bowel movements every 30 minutes, sometimes even more frequently. Seeing my little guy suffer like this has been extremely hard. His discomfort and symptoms are so severe that at times we have had to sacrifice sleep in order to ensure that he stays stable.

Pippin has been our light in the hardest of times. When myself or my partner are sick, he always knows, and comes over to comfort us, often sitting on our chest when we are laying down as if to say, I got you. When we are upset or crying he paws at us to pick him up and puts his head on our chest or licks our face to help remind us we are not alone. He is our joy and comfort in our darkest times.

All proceeds will go towards his vet bills and any extra will help us stave off the cost of our living expenses.
