About 6 months ago I fell in love with a beautiful, soulful, spirited, darling, smart little black and white pup. We had an nearly immediate bond. She is a light in my life just like my other sweet animals but she brings her own special shine. She is only about 8 months old and is full of life and energy! Piper keeps me active and entertained with all her antics and quirks and I love her more every day! Recently, very recently, she was caught under a horse who was bucking and had her left femur crushed. I cannot afford surgery or amputation which will cost roughly the same. The vet tells me that if allowed to heal elsehow it will be a constant source of pain for my girl. The only other alternative would be  to euthanize her....and I just can't do it. I can't. So I am desperately seeking help from anyone out there willing to give. If all you can give is a dollar, you're still as good as a hero to me and Piper. If you can't give at all, don't feel bad, life is hard today. Any donation to help save my girl is so deeply appreciated from the absolute bottom of my heart. Thank you, Joanna and Piper.
