Piper’s Liver Shunt

Hi everyone, we are Tundra and Bouch and our Miniature Schnauzer Piper was born with a single hepatic liver shunt along with LOTS of other issues. She is just over a year old now. Last year we had to go out town for a CT scan to find out what kind of shunt she has. On top of that we had to have immediate surgery on her broken leg so we could not go forward with the shunt surgery. A plate and 8 screws. She's only 3.7 lbs and should be 2 to 3 x that. This surgery is very scary and not a guarantee but we love her so much that we want to do everything we can. She has cost us over 10k already and we really just need some help with this next serious surgery. She is full of life, courageous, a lover of all people and animals, cute as a button and just a trooper! We don't want to give up on her!
