This is Piper Pepper who was found in Walmart parking lot in Lawrenceburg Ky. She was found in bad condition and we were unsure if she was going to make it through the first couple of nights. She is doing better now but needs a little more help to become the healthy and perfect girl she is. Donations will be used for medical, and nutritional needs that she desperately deserves.
