Hi everyone, my name is Eliza Giewont and I am raising money for my uncle Piotr to cover his medical expenses and additional natural treatments. Piotr is a son, a husband, a father to four kids, a grandfather, a brother to five siblings, and an uncle to many nieces and nephews. We all love him very much.  

The last time I saw my uncle on Christmas Eve he was cheerful and looked healthy. It was heartbreaking to find out three weeks later that he has stage four lung cancer and has to undergo chemo therapy. On top of that, he needs surgery to strengthen his hips and femur bones, that have been weakened by his cancer and will break without the operation. This week he started chemo therapy and hopefully will be able to get his surgery soon.  In addition, he started taking vitamins and supplements to support his immune system and help fight the cancer. This part of his treatment is very expensive and not covered by his insurance, yet vital to his recovery.

He was always energetic and now he is bound to his hospital bed to avoid fractures and receive chemo treatments. Let’s help Piotr kill this cancer and get back on his feet!
