Pioneers in Skirts is a multi-award-winning documentary film about the obstacles that get in the way of pioneering ambition. The film addresses the stereotyping and sexism that can chip away at a woman, hurt her potential, and make her feel like she must re-think her dreams.

We're using the power of film as a foundational starting point for action -- to positively change peoples’ behaviors, the choices they make, the steps they take to change company policies, or inspiring them to build an inclusive community.
We ask that you please contribute to empower our Impact Campaign to --

- create educational deliverables to accompany the film,
