La Jolla Youth Baseball’s Pinto Division isn’t just about the kids—parents are lacing up their cleats and hitting the field! We’re raising funds to help the Pinto parents compete in an upcoming softball tournament. The tournament allows our team to buy game modifiers to give our team an advantage! This tournament is all about building community, having fun, and showing our kids that we can step up to the plate too! Every donation brings us one step closer to victory—thank you for your support!

The tournament will take place on March 23rd. Pinto parents’ first game is at 10am. Come cheer us on!

Any unused funds will be donated to the LYJB league.

Game Modifiers:

• Crowd participation is encouraged.

• Place a runner at 1st base – The hitting team can place a runner at 1st base at any point in the inning (max one extra base runner per inning). $25

• Place a runner at 2nd base – The hitting team can place a runner at 2nd base at any point in the inning (max one extra base runner per inning). $50

• Place a runner at 3rd base – The hitting team can place a runner at 3rd base at any point in the inning (max one extra base runner per inning). $75

• Buy an out – The defense can buy an out at any point in the inning (max one per inning). Can be used on a batter or baserunner. $50/$100 for the last inning.

• Golden Batter (max 2 per Game): The hitting team can call any player to the plate regardless of batting order (does not affect the rest of the lineup, no batters are skipped). $50

• Extra Defender(s) for the inning: $25 for 1 defender, $50 for 2 defenders, $100 for 3

defenders. Can be placed anywhere on the field.

• Mulligan: Any hitter can purchase a mulligan to redo their at-bat (max one per at bat, max two per inning). $50
