Pinkish: An Animated Short Film

Hi, we're The Space Nerds, a team of animation students from Melbourne looking to raise money for our graduate film ‘Pinkish’. With our small, but passionate group, we aim to create an animated short about Alphie and Peri, an adorable space mechanic and a gruff bear-like alien, and their unexpected encounter on a deserted planet.

This film is aimed at people who enjoy cute adventures about unlikely friendships, but also aren’t afraid of any twists and turns that may happen along the way. With this film we endeavour to showcase all our skills and ambitions in hopes of entering film festivals and to have something neat to put in our portfolios for the future. Funds will go towards animation software, film festival application fees, and any extraneous expenses along the way.

$1500 – Funds for several film festival application fees!


Donor Perks:
