Paul Pinkerton passed away on May 7, from cancer likely caused by exposure to Agent Orange during the Vietnam War.
Paul, his wife, and his four teenage children planned to return to Vietnam this summer to oversee several projects to help give some of that country's poorest and sickest children a fighting chance. Paul's Kids, the namesake charity Paul co-founded, has already raised the money for these projects. But the charity's 501(c)3 charter doesn't allow the use of donor funds for travel.
Paul's dying wish was that the family continue on the trip without him. The purpose of this campaign is to fund that wish, with any excess money raised helping the Pinkerton family to defray funeral expenses and other costs associated with this difficult time.
