Our Pink Warrior, Jan Marek, has been on her breast cancer journey for 12 years. Over the years, many have witnessed her diligently participating in fundraisers to find a cure for cancer. Even now, as her journey comes to a close, her mission remains the same, "There is a cure out there somewhere! If they can fly people to the moon, they can find a cure for cancer!"

 

Jan has remained so brave and positive through all the turmoil cancer can cause. Her partner in crime, Bob, continues to be so faithful to Jan and her care.

 

Heavy medical bills and high deductibles, have left little to nothing for end-of-life services for our sweet Jan. Her cancer journey has been so incredibly long.... and truth be told, both have exhausted all resources and charities available to them.

 

Bob and Jan are grateful and humbled from all the kindness and generosity they have already received from friends, family and neighbors. The last thing they wanted to do is start this go fund me account, but people have been asking what else can they do? This gives you a chance to help as Jan continues to rest and waits on the Lord.

• Catered meal for all staff at MN Oncology (this is Jan, always thinking about others)
