Ping was living here by himself and his family is in Canada. Hearing of this terrible incident they rushed to the Bay Area.

He has already undergone three major surgeries in Stanford Hospital. His recovery time is yet uncertain and it will at-least be many months before he can go back to his usual life.

We are creating this campaign to help his family stay close to Stanford hospital. We also anticipate that this campaign will help with many of the expenses that will be involved in his long road to recovery.
